The blanket

How warm does it get?

Six settings from about 82°F on the lowest to about 115°F on the highest. Most people settle between three and four.

How long does it take to warm up?

You feel it within a minute. Full warmth on the higher settings takes a few minutes.

Does it switch itself off?

Yes. The timer turns it off after four hours. Press the power button to start again.

Is it safe to fall asleep in?

It's designed for it. The auto-off and the overheat sensors run the whole time it's on. Don't use it folded or bunched while switched on.

Will it fit me?

One size: 52 inches across the shoulders and 72 inches long. It wraps generously on most adults from 5'0" to 6'4".

Can I walk around in it?

Yes. It has sleeves and a shawl collar, so it stays on when you stand. The cord is long enough to reach a sofa or bed from a wall outlet; unplug it to move rooms.

Can I wash it?

Yes. Unclip the controller, cold gentle cycle, dry flat. Never tumble dry.

What's in the box?

One blanket, one detachable controller with power cord, and a care card.

Ordering

Is there a bundle price?

Two blankets take $10 off each and ship free. Four take $15 off each and ship free. The discount applies automatically in the cart.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. US delivery is 6 to 9 business days after that; international is 8 to 15.

Is shipping free?

On every order of $99 or more. A single blanket ships for a flat tracked rate shown at checkout.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Only before the order ships. Email us within 24 hours of ordering.

Returns

What if I don't like it?

You have 30 nights from delivery. Email us, send it back clean with the controller, and we refund the full purchase price.

Is there a warranty?

Twelve months on the heating element and controller.
